It was with great sorrow that we heard today of the death of Stan Subeck . It was extremely sudden and unexpected; he was on a cruise home from the Championships in Marrakech with his wife Suzi, a member of the WBF Executive Council.
Stan always accompanied Suzi on her trips to the WBF events and meetings and was always there for her. We can’t imagine what Suzi must be going through at the moment, on a cruise ship waiting to get home.
We send our sincere condolences to Suzi and to all their family who must be reeling from the shock of this.
