Registration of Pairs for the National Open, Women’s, Seniors and Mixed Pairs Championship
As stated in the first information letter “Registration of Pairs should be made before 31st July 2016 wherever possible. Entries will be accepted later provided there is sufficient space at the venue. Entries from teams eliminated from the Teams Championship events may be made on site. All entries are subject to approval by the Credentials Committee.”
To avoid possible mistakes or misunderstandings we suggest that pairs who want to attend the championship should register on or before 15th August, and their entry will be accepted. Later registrations will be subject to the availability of the venue.
It is confirmed that entries for pairs dropping from the Teams Championships may be made on site, but it would be very helpful to the organisation if those who know they wish to play in the Pairs events (entries are free of charge) from the start if they have not qualified to the KO Stages, or if they wish to drop in later if eliminated in the KO stages, could register in advance (i.e. as soon as possible).
In any case all entries are subject to approval by the Credentials Committee.
Please ensure that each person entering the pairs sends a head-and-shoulders photograph of themselves, in high resolution to firstname.lastname@example.org and that each one downloads, completes and signs, then scans or photographs the WBF commitment form and email it to email@example.com
Entries to all events (teams and pairs) are subject to approval by the Credentials Committee.
Entry to the Pairs Championships for players eliminated from the Teams Championships
