LAW 39 _ CALL AFTER FINAL PASS_

A call made after the final pass of the auction is cancelled, and: A. Pass or Call by Declaring Side If it is a pass by a defender, or any call by the future declarer or dummy, there is no penalty. B. Other Action by Defender If it is a bid, double or redouble by a defender, the lead penalties of Law 26 may apply. (If offender’s LHO calls, see Law 35D.)
