LAW 22 _PROCEDURE AFTER THE AUCTION HAS ENDED_

After the auction period has ended, A. No Player Has Bid if no player has bid, the hands are returned to the board without play. There shall not be a redeal. B. One or More Players Have Bid if any player has bid, the final bid becomes the contract, and play begins.
