Sandra LANDY

Sandra LANDY (b. 1938) of Aylesbury, England, former professor of computing, manager Bridge for All, the English Bridge Union's national teaching scheme.

A WBF World Grand Master, she won Venice Cup 1981, 85; 2nd 1976; 2nd World Women’s Olympiad Teams 1976, 84, 88, 92, 96, was 3rd 1980; 3rd World Women's Pairs 1982, 86.

She won European Women's Teams 1975, 79, 81, 97, 99; placed 2nd 1969, 77, 85. Won 5 European Common Market titles. Represented Britain in 4 other world championship and 6 other zonal championships. Many national titles including British Bridge League Gold Cup, Chair of Educational Trust for British Bridge.
