As the Round Robin stage of the Championship approaches the half way stage the lead is shared by Canada and China.
China started the day with two huge wins but when they lost 10-20 to Thailand in the final match - a result that ensured third place for the surprise team of the tournament - they allowed the Canadian team to draw level when the North American side scored their third victory of the day.

These two teams are closely pursued by Norway and The Netherlands, both undefeated yesterday, whilst the overnight leaders Israel had a poor day, losing both their matches after taking their bye round in the morning and as a result finding themselves in sixth place.
USA I and Denmark are not far behind but then there is the first sign of a gap developing and the next two teams, France and Egypt, will have their work cut out to get back into the race for a qualifying place.
At the wrong end of the table Chinese Taipei had a much better day and have moved away from the wooden spoon position.
Today's outing gives everyone a chance to recharge their batteries before they start the second half of the Round Robin.
